Getting Started: Exploring the Four Workspaces

Unlike complex software with floating windows, Hope Control keeps everything right in front of you across four well-defined workspaces.

1. Services Column (Left)

The left column holds your full Sunday service setlist: pre-service countdown, worship set songs, announcements, sermon slides, and Communion.

You can create saved services for your weekend meetings or simply drag and drop files to present spontaneously without creating a project.

2. Preview Workspace (Top Center)

This is where selected songs or presentations are inspected before going live. Lyrics appear split into individual slides categorized by song parts (Verse 1, Chorus, Bridge).

The slide currently live on screen is marked with a bold red frame. The next slide you select displays a blue frame.

3. Output Column (Right)

This shows an exact real-time mirror of what your congregation sees on the sanctuary screen.

Directly below the output monitor are navigation controls (Previous / Next), the Screen Lock safety switch, and independent layer clear buttons.

4. Media Library (Bottom Center)

Positioned at the bottom for instant access to Songs, Media, Motion Backgrounds, Audio Tracks, and Overlays.

Simply type into the search bar to locate any song or media item in milliseconds.
